Well all my friends get jealous when I can do the splits and be all flexible.
But..there are more perks of a ballerina that you never did find out.
① We are generally more balanced.
One of the few exercises is called the pirouette. it is doing spins and turns with a spotting head.We can stay on Demi pointe Without holding the bar or the hardest: pointe. Try doing that.
② we develop good stamina.
We do exhausting ballet work and it's really tiring. One of the tiring ones are the jumps.As you go along, you eventually get skinner and you have self-discipline (trying even though you are struggling) and good staminA.
③ ℱŀέχīƄḭŀḯƬყ
The most basic perk or said to be,'the best benefit'. Flexibility in ballerinas comes from the warm up exercises & the exhausting grand battement in bar work.
④ better bun tying skills.
Seldom this skill gets noticed but just so you know, we can tie quality buns. The buns we tie are of the correct size. During Physical Ed, when it gets hot, girls usually tie their pony tails in buns. Ever noticed that ballerina in your class who does it quick yet perfect?
⑤ the last perk : better leg arch.
This is very general. Pointing your feet through out the whole lesson will give u a beautiful feet arch.
How does feet arch benefit you? The give u a healthy foot. GOOGLE™ that.
